Creamy Diabetic-Friendly Coffee
Hot or Iced Coffeehouse Copycat
A Southern coffee treat without the sugar overload.
Pull Up a Chair...
Coffee has always been part of Southern mornings. It is the sound of the first pot brewing, the quiet moment before the house wakes up, and the reason we sit a little longer visiting with family.
When I started managing Type 2 diabetes, I thought those sweet coffeehouse drinks were something I had to leave behind.
But I learned something important:
The coffee was never the problem. The sugar was.
With a few simple swaps, this creamy coffee became one of my favorite ways to enjoy that coffeehouse feeling while keeping things diabetes-friendly.
So grab your favorite mug, pull up a chair, and enjoy a little Front Porch comfort.
