Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain pork rinds
  • Light Great Value Butter Flavored Cooking Spray
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener

Directions

  1. Place the pork rinds in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Lightly spray them with the butter-flavored cooking spray, tossing as you spray to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, combine the cinnamon and Splenda Monk Fruit Sweetener.
  4. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the pork rinds.
  5. Toss until every pork rind is evenly coated.
  6. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
