Pull Up a Chair...

Some vegetables are just meant to be covered in cheese.

Growing up, Southern casseroles had a way of turning simple ingredients into something everyone looked forward to at the dinner table.

When you are managing Type 2 diabetes, traditional casseroles can sometimes be tricky because many are made with rice, pasta, crackers, or other ingredients that may not fit your goals.

This Cheesy Southern Broccoli Casserole keeps the comfort while skipping the extras. It is creamy, cheesy, and full of flavor — the kind of side dish that still feels like home.

So grab a spoon, pull up a chair, and enjoy a little Southern comfort.
