Easy Oven-Bake Polish Sausage

Easy Oven-Baked Polish Sausage

A Back Porch Supper

Some of the best meals don't come from fancy recipes—they come from busy weeknights when you need to get supper on the table without a lot of fuss. This Easy Oven-Baked Polish Sausage has been one of those dependable meals in my kitchen for years.

I simply slice up the sausage, season it, pop it in the oven, and while it's baking I make my Southern Green Beans with Bacon and slice a fresh tomato. That's supper around here, and honestly, it doesn't have to be any more complicated than that.

Back Porch Supper: These are the meals that remind us good Southern cooking doesn't have to be fancy. Just simple food made with love.

Michelle's Front Porch Tip

Don't crowd the sausage on the pan. Giving the slices a little room lets them brown instead of steam, and those crispy edges are the best part!
